- Bitter Gourd - 3/4 Cup (Deep fried)
- Grated/Shredded Coconut - 1/2 Cup
- Onion (finely chopped) - 1/2 Cup
- Green Chilly - 3 (small, I used Thai chilly)
- Salt - 1/3 Tsp (as per taste)
Method:
- Crush green chilly, salt and grated coconut using mortar and pestle.
- To this add bitter gourd and onion, mix well.
- Tastes good with Pe'j / Ganji, chapati.
