Ingredients:
- Ragi (finger millet) Flour - 1/3 Cup
- Green Chilly - 1
- Ginger (finely chopped) - 1/4 Tsp
- Grated Coconut - 1/4 C
- Onion (finely chopped) - 1 Tbsp
- Salt - 1/4 Tsp / to taste
- Water - less than 1/2 Cup
- Oil - to make dosas.
- Slightly dry roast ragi (optional).
- Grind Green chilly, Ginger and Grated Coconut using mortar and pastle. Transfer it to a bowl.
- Now add Ragi, Onion, Salt and Water. Mix well. Make dosas.
